How do I get a refund?

MISO BIM gives 100% refund for course rental or purchase if contacted in writing via email within 24 hours of purchase time to info@misobim.com for a full refund. Refunds submitted after the 24 hour time period from purchase time processes in VIMEO ON DEMANDS account history are non-refundable. 


Can I purchase multiple courses?

At this time our course is only available via one time purchase per user. If you would like multiple access for your studio or educational facility please contact us here.


How do I get more advanced courses?

Until we have demand right now we are not offering advanced Revit courses. If you are interested in one-on-one tutoring please contact us here.
